What is the Laxton Group?

  • Consists of Laxton Headquarters and the various Laxton Branches, Franchises and Partners around the world.

What is Laxton Headquarters (HQ)?

  • The core functions are: 
    • Administration of global Partners, Franchises and Branches.
    • Design, manufacture, distribution and support of products sold to registered Partners, Franchises and Branches around the world.

How do I purchase Laxton branded products?

  • Laxton products can only be purchased by registered Laxton Trading Partners:
    • Blue Partners
    • Bronze Partners
    • Silver Partners
    • Gold Partners
    • Platinum Partners
    • Laxton Branches
    • Laxton Franchises

Can I get a quotation if I am not a Laxton Partner?

  • Only registered Laxton Trading Partners can get formal quotations.
  • Indicative pricing may however be provided prior to the partner application being finalised at the discretion of our sales consultants.

How long does it take to register as a partner?

  • Blue Partner registrations usually take 24hours.
  • Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum Partner registrations take between 24-72Hours.
  • Franchise and branch registrations take significant time and depends on the location in question.

Is it difficult to become a partner?

  • Becoming a Blue Partner is very easy as the only requirement is that you have a registered company in your country. Becoming a Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum is more difficult as there are more restrictions.

How do I become a partner?

  • Email partnerapplication@laxtongroup.com to request to become a partner
  • Complete a Partner Application Form and other required documents
  • Partner Application must be approved by Laxton accounts 
  • Sign Partner Agreement

What is a Prospective Partner?

  • Approaches Laxton to purchase Laxton branded products or to become a Laxton partner
  • A consultant will send a "Partner Application Form" to the prospective partner
  • A Prospective Partner CANNOT purchase Laxton branded products

What is a Qualifying Company?

  • Completed a "Partner Application Form" and a Laxton consultant has completed the evaluation.
  • Qualifies as a Laxton Partner but has not finalized the registration process by signing the partner agreement.
  • A Qualifying Company CANNOT purchase Laxton branded products until it has finalized the registration process by signing the partner agreement and other relevant documents.

What is a Registered Partner (Blue/Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum) ?

  • Completed the "Partner Application Form" and it is approved by Laxton
  • Signed the "Partner Agreement"
  • Awarded a Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner Certificate
  • Receives Partner Number
  • Receives Partner Handbook
  • A Registered Partner CAN purchase Laxton branded products.

What is a Blue Partner?

  • Becoming a blue partner is fairly easy
  • The only requirement is that you have a registered company in your country
  • A Blue Partner is generally the end user of a Laxton Product and the primary business is not similar or in line with Laxton. 
  • Do NOT have a license to distribute and support selected Laxton products in a specific geographical region for a specified period of time

What is a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner?

  • These are companies whose business is related to Laxton
  • Have a license to distribute and support selected Laxton products in a specific geographical region for a specified period of time.
  • The differentiator from Bronze-Platinum is simply the total annual purchase level of the Partner
  • Platinum Partners purchase far more than Bronze Partners and as a result have more benefits

I am new partner. What will my partner status be?

  • Newly registered partners can only receive Blue/Bronze partner status.
  • Partner statuses for Bronze partners are upgraded to Silver/Gold/Platinum when purchase levels are achieved
  • Blue partners can never be upgraded to Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Status unless the scope of their business changes and is in line with Laxton

Is it possible to jump up more than 1 partner level at a time?

  • Yes it is. A partner can jump from Bronze to Gold/Platinum immediately if the required purchase levels are achieved.

I do not have a registered company in my country? Can I apply to be a partner in my personal capacity?

  • Unfortunately Laxton only sells products to formally registered companies.
  • Proof of company registration will be required when applying to be a partner.

What is a Laxton Franchise?

  • This entails the setup of a dedicated Laxton branded sales & support franchise
  • The franchise is owned by the franchisee (not by Laxton).
  • The franchise will only be permitted to distribute Laxton branded products
  • License to distribute & support selected Laxton products in a specific geographical region for a specified period of time
  • Minimum initial investment required (evaluated based on location and market)
  • Access to Laxton Operating Manuals
  • Access to Laxton IT Infrastructure
  • Access to Laxton procedures and processes
  • Access to Laxton "University"
  • Laxton to setup franchise, train Franchisee and offer continuous support to the franchisee
  • Annual Marketing, Management, Infrastructure and Training fees are payable to Laxton HQ
  • A franchise will automatically be awarded Silver status and will achieve Gold or Platinum status as per the same annual purchasing limits that apply to Laxton Partners

What is a Laxton Branch?

  • Essentially this is exactly the same as Laxton Franchise except that the entity is owned and operated by Laxton and not a 3rd party Franchisee

What is a partner application form?

  • This is a form used to:
    • Apply to be a Laxton partner
    • Apply to upgrade partner status
    • Renew a closed/dormant partner account
    • Update Partner Account Details

What is a partner agreement?

  • Stipulates the following:
    • Partner Status
    • Products which partner is licensed to Distribute & Support
    • Licensed Geographical location
    • Licensed Period
    • Other terms & conditions

What is the partner handbook?

  • This is a detailed document which outlines all major principles which govern the relationship between Laxton & its partners. Partners should refer to the handbook for answers to most questions.

What is my partner number for?

  • This indicates that an official partner account has been opened with Laxton and that purchasing Laxton products is possible. 
  • This is a unique number which identifies a partner's account and should be used with any correspondence.
