  • Indicative pricing may however be provided prior to the partner application being finalised at the discretion of our sales consultants.

  • The sales consultant will use this information to assist you in filling out a requirements form on your behalf. During this process the consultant may contact you for further information to assist them in filling out the requirements from.
  • Supporting documents such as pictures, drawings, specifications etc many be attached to the requirements form
  • The requirement form will be used to prepare your quotation/proforma invoice

What is a PI (Proforma Invoice)?

  • A PI and a quotation are one and the same
  • A sales quotation is prepared in the form of a PI
  • Payment can be initiated by an organization against a PI

I accept the quotation/proforma invoice. What is required before my order can be initiated?

An order can only be initiated once we receive the following:

  • Signed Final Requirements Form (and any supporting documents)
  • Signed PI
  • Proof of payment/deposit

What is a requirements form?

  • Many of our solutions are complex so the requirements forms help simply the ordering process and act as a guide for our customers
  • We have various requirements forms for our products and solutions.
  • The forms have a list of options which guide customers to ensure they take all aspects into account when ordering products from Laxton
  • The requirement forms ensure we understand your requirement fully to ensure the accuracy of our quotations

Does a requirement form have to be submitted?

  • For technical solutions a requirements form must be submitted e.g. customized kiosks, advertising network solution etc.

Who completes the requirements forms?

  • Our sales consultants complete them for you as far as they possibly can and then contact you for further information should it be required.

Why do I have to sign the requirements form and PI before my order will be initiated?

  • This ensures there is no misunderstanding on a customer’s requirement.
  • Once the requirements form and PI is signed off and manufacturing begins, the details of the order usually cannot be changed
  • If it is possible to make a change, a Change Request Form must be submitted

What is a change request form & who is responsible for completing it?

  • A change request form is completed by a sales consultant on your behalf
  • A change request can be rejected by Laxton depending at which stage of the manufacturing process your order is therefore change requests should be avoided by good initial planning by customers

I need a product or solution that is not on the Laxtongroup.com website but I feel Laxton could easily produce it. What do I do?

  • Send your inquiry to sales@laxtongroup.com
  • A sales consultant will evaluate your request to determine if Laxton can manufacture the products for you or not.

    • Size of orders
    • Customization requirements
    • Holiday Periods

  • The lead-time does not include the days to finalize the order.
  • The lead-time becomes effective only once:
